Disclosure: I received product in exchange for this post.

I received the Black & Decker Air Fryer Toaster Oven to test out and feature here. It is part Toaster Oven and part Air Fryer. So it’s three things in one. Toaster, Oven and Air Fryer. I tried the 4 slice one but there is also a 6 slice one which is linked previously.

First we tried out the oven feature and made mini pizzas. I make more than 4 mini pizzas but my one daughter has to be dairy free so we made hers in the toaster oven to keep from cross contamination. I was afraid the toppings would fall off if we put them directly on the oven rack so I put them in the air fryer basket. This worked well. We simply set it to 350F and let it preheat. Then you put the bottom one past 10 to whatever time you need. I used 15 minutes. It went well!

To test out the air fryer capabilities, I tried frozen French fries. I usually bake them in the oven but I wanted to see if the taste was any different.

I put the fries in the basket and set it to air fry. The air fryer does NOT need to preheat which is nice. The fries I set to 15 minutes and they were done soft which is how we like them. You would need longer for crispy fries. But most importantly, they TASTED better. Normally I drown them in ranch. But I ate these with just salt and pepper. They were that good.

I haven’t air fried meat yet but I have a feeling it would taste immensely good too. I can’t wait to try it out with something else like breaded chicken or something. I’d like to make some dairy free donuts too! Oh the possibilities.
