Copy-Kids Eat Fruits and Vegetables was created because of the recognition that children do what they see other children doing. This DVD is first in a series designed to encourage healthy habits in young children. The series is for children 6 months to 5 years.
The video is divided into chapters and covers the following fruits and veggies: Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Avocado, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Oranges, Bananas, Raspberries, Strawberries, Apples and Blueberries. Each chapter shows children of various ages enjoying the featured food. They are happy and clearly enjoying every bite. – my copy kids review
