I was able to check out the Fancy Filled Tutu one for free and it looks pretty good. I didn’t try it out because I’m not crafty, there is not way I could make it. I love the “recipes” though which tells you what colours to use and what kind of items to add to the tutu to make certain themes such as summer, winter, Christmas, Easter, Ladybug, Bunny and more. I think these e-books would be great for those who are looking to create their own Halloween costumes this year and the next few years!
